Welcome to Lumi High, operated by YourSpace LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Lumi High app or website at lumihigh.web.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Lumi High is a high school curriculum platform designed for students in grades 9–12 (generally ages 13–18). Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Students access the platform using their parent or guardian's account credentials. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a student age 13 or older accessing the platform with your parent or guardian's permission.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) with respect to any users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without such consent, please contact us immediately at hello@yourspacesocial.com.
Lumi High offers the following plans:
All payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your payment card information. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, contact us at hello@yourspacesocial.com.
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law. The 48-hour free trial allows you to evaluate the service before any charges occur. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the laws of your jurisdiction, contact us at hello@yourspacesocial.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request.
Lumi High provides curriculum-aligned educational content for grades 9–12. While we strive for accuracy and alignment with common educational standards, we do not guarantee that our content meets the specific accreditation requirements of your state or jurisdiction for homeschool purposes. Parents and guardians are responsible for verifying compliance with local homeschool laws and regulations. Lumi High is not an accredited institution and does not issue official high school diplomas or transcripts recognized by colleges or universities. Progress reports and report cards generated by Lumi High are intended for personal record-keeping purposes only.

All content in Lumi High including lessons, curriculum materials, graphics, audio, and software is owned by YourSpace LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission. Your personal progress data and any content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to store and process it to deliver the service.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the Lumi High app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing hello@yourspacesocial.com. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. All student progress, parent profile data, and subscription records will be deleted. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund for any prepaid subscription period.
Your use of Lumi High is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service and do not sell personal information to third parties.
Lumi High is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that it will meet your specific educational requirements. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YourSpace LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of educational opportunity, or loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Lumi High, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Lumi High shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourSpace LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of Lumi High, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address on your account or by a notice within the app at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Lumi High after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we reasonably believe harms other users or the integrity of the service. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 8.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which YourSpace LLC is registered. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Lumi High that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
